Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Keyforge Builders (“Keyforge”, “we”) collects through keyforgebuilders.com, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have a question, contact us using the details at the end of this page.

Information you give us

When you request an estimate or send us a message, we collect what you enter in the form:

• your name, phone number and email address
• the town where the project is, the type of project and your description of it
• any photos you choose to attach

We also keep the details you share with us by phone or email.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to calls and estimate requests. These services use cookies and similar technology to collect information such as the pages you visit, the site that referred you, your device and browser, and your approximate location based on your IP address. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.

How we use your information

• to reply to your request, arrange a site visit and prepare an estimate
• to carry out and manage work you hire us for
• to send you a confirmation that we received your request
• to keep our business records
• to improve the website and measure our advertising

We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you, and only for that purpose:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website
• Resend, which delivers the emails sent from our estimate form
• Google, which provides our business email (Google Workspace), Google Analytics and Google Ads

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• You can control how Google personalizes ads in My Ad Center.
• You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us.

How long we keep information

We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as we need them to reply to you, carry out work and keep our business records, and then delete them.

How we protect information

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to estimate requests is limited to the people at Keyforge who need it. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as payment or account numbers through the form.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
